Description: These are a great pair of Ecco mens brown leather dress shoes in size 45 which is roughly the same as a US size 11.5.  They are a very nice style called "Track" if I remember right with high quality leather material and Gore-Tex for waterproofing!  They are great walking or trail shoes and they retailed for around $200!  They are used but still in very good condition overall!
