This listing is for a vintage/antique Lee's honing steel, knife sharpener. I have not been able to locate any information on the company. I believe the entire piece was hand made, with the exception of the antler. The steel itself is very finely grooved, unlike the todays steels that cut rather than hone. The handle is capped on both ends with sterling silver and the base has a monogram, I forgot to shoot it, "S". 13 7/8" in total length, a wonderful addition to your table service.

We are always delighted to pack several items in to 1 larger package to save on shipping for our customers. In most cases the cost of shipping 2 or 3 items is just slightly more than just 1. Shipping international: If the item can be shipped via First Class International, I will be happy to do it, just remember their won't be a tracking # outside the U.S., therefore we have no idea if it is received or not. The cost will be less and we will no longer provide a refund if the package does not arrive. If there is damage, images must be provided, then we will work with you on a refund or other options. The buyer will be responsible for letting me know prior to payment or right after in the notes section, best would be before you receive my invoice. Any item that is over $50.00 no matter what it is, will be sent Priority International, due to the loss of items that have disappeared. If the item is over $100.00 a signature will be required as well. This is due to the losses we have had from either the USPS or the postal service in the receiving nation. If the buyer contacts us prior to the ending of the listing, perhaps we can work something else out, otherwise, that is how it stands, much to our regrets.
