4. Delivery (Where applicable), for PAYPAL users will be to your confirmed paypal address, and nowhere else. No exceptions
5. All small items (Less than 2Kg) sent by Royal Mail and larger items (for 2Kg or more) by Parcelforce , with a signature on delivery, and insured to the replacement value, where possible. The postage quoted on the listings is for the UK only.
6. Postage is not free, packing materials are not free, I have to pay for them, therefore you have to as well. Postage costs include a packing and handling charge and, because the boxes, tape and packing have to be paid for.
7. International Bidders: Please note these items are shipped by the Global Shipping Program (GSP) and I am not always able to combine the items into a reduced price posting (Unless ebay change their rules?). If you are interested in buying multiple items please contact me before bidding so that I can add your country to the postage options outside of the GSP. All items are sent at cost but will include international tracking and signed for on delivery. Overseas postage for large or heavy items has become VERY expensive, especially for items weighing more than 2Kg so, always ask for a postage estimate BEFORE bidding.
8. Basic insurance is normally included in all my postage estimates, and items will not be posted under, or uninsured. I will not post item without insurance, or a signature on delivery, so please don't ask. International parcels especially so. I will not falsify customs declarations forms like the CN22.
9. BUYER COLLECTS. Only for high value, high weight, items this is not a problem, but NOT for small, low value items as it is not economically viable, and will not happen.
10. Items listed as 'BUYER COLLECTS', MUST be collected and paid for within 7 days of the sale end unless specifically agreed, otherwise or storage fees of £2 per item, per day will be added.
11. Warranty and guarantee. Most of the items I have listed are VINTAGE, and have exceed their expected working life. Do not use vintage parts in high risk situations that might hurt you, or others.
12. All images are copyright of the photographer and ebay seller. They are not be used without the WRITTEN permission of the copyright holder. Permission is not implied or offered.

14. Your bid is a contract under UK law and ALL sales are final.
15. Please remember that vintage items, particularly electronic, mechanical and photographic items will have components that wear, and will need to be serviced as they will have parts that have lasted, far exceed their expected/planned/designed operational life. This is why all non-new items are supplied on an 'AS-IS' basis. All Vintage items, particular electronic and photographic ones are fragile. Rough handling will make them fail, and quickly!
16. POSTAGE and PACKING charges include: the actual postage, insurance (up to £50)and packing / materials. I will insure the item for the final price this may reflected in the final postage costs. (The insurance costs are charged by the courier).
17. Ebay now take 10% of the shipping total as well as the final selling price, and this is reflected in the shipping charges. Shipping price includes Ebay charges, as these are now charged on P&P, Problem? tell Ebay.
18. Feedback. I only leave feedback when the transaction is complete, so any problems can be sorted out before we get to the negative stage:-)
19. I accept no responsibility for loss, damage or delay due to the Royal Mail. Glass items are better collected as no courier, including Royal Mail will take responsibility for damage
20. Returns. In the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase or the item is not what you expected, you can simply return your item within 14 days of receiving. The cost and care of returning the item(s) is the buyers responsibility.
21. Please note if your postcode or location is listed here an additional £15 surcharge will apply to the shipping; AB, BT, DD, IV, KW, PA, PH, Highlands and Islands and Isle Of Man. Item must be paid for within 5 days of close of auction. Please email if any questions.

26. Non moulded mains electrical plugs will be removed before shipping for safety reasons and because they scratch and dent stuff.
27. We are very short on space. Payment for auction items to be made within 48 hours from the end of the auction, after this period the lot(s) will be re-listed and sold and you will receive an eBay strike.
