Serial number: 7096066 - Made in USSR by KMZ in 1970!

The Lens is in Perfect Condition.

Glass is clean and clear, no scratches, no dust inside, no fungus. The iris blades is free of oil. The diaphragm-control ring turns smoothly and accurate. The focusing is smooth and precise.

Comes with adapter M42 to Pentax K and with front and M42 rear lens caps.

Will fit to all Pentax PK K Mount DSLR and film SLR cameras (as long as the body takes Pentax PK / K lenses).

There is no ROM connection on the ring of the adapter so diaphragm control of the lens is set manually.

 

The Adapter Made out of Metal - Chrome-plated Brass. Workmanship of the adapter is very fine, high quality.

This adapter is much better and higher quality than the usual black adapter.

How to Use manual focus (MF) lenses M42 with the use of the adapter with Pentax K:

      To Mount:

  • Put red marks of the adapter and lens collar together.

  • Turn the adapter clockwise till the fixative click.

  • Mostly it will use Manual or Av mode.

  • Simply attach the ring to your lens and then the lens to the camera. When you have finished remove both together. It's as easy as that!

      To Remove:

  • Remove both lens / adapter together from the camera, press the lens lock and then remove the adapter from the lens simultaneously.

Notice:
 Although the lens will fit physically, automatic diaphragm, auto-focusing, or any other functions will not operate correctly while using this adapter. In this case "stop-down mode" will need to be used when metering since the lens does not have the ability to have its aperture controlled by the camera body. You can shoot with manual mode or aperture priority mode.
