We do NOT refund the costs of certification or any of the other costs, such as shipping, associated with the certification or non-certification. Refunds will be limited to the price paid for the stamp(s) and return shipping, upon receipt of the returned item.
For U.S. stamps generic certificates/opinions from The Philatelic Foundation, PSE, PSAG or the APS are accepted.
Proof of the inability of a competent authority to express an opinion is not grounds for return.
