You are looking at this beautiful 86cms 33.85 inch in length Warmink Dutch chain driven oak wood friese tailed wall clock with rolling moon phase. The weights are original patina and will polish up like new if required.. This clock is the rare model with the bim bam sound rather than the single bell and is set in oak and in beautiful vintage condition. This sound is made via three hammers hitting 3 rods as many times it is on the hour and once on the half hour. The top hood slides in and out and the tail section also, the tailed section is held in by 2 brass pins, one on each side. Beautiful real glass panels to the sides and front. The dial has a stunning painted detailed scenery on the dial and complete with a large rolling moon phase. The pendulum is brass and swings inside the clock, this can be seen via the glass solid brass surround window at the bottom of the tail section. The clock also strikes to a bell once on the half and for as many times it is on the hour. On the top are 3 solid brass removable figures.. This clock date to the 1970s.. I had to place a piece of card to the back of the clock as my wall is not even to prevent the pendulum from hitting the glass front. 85cms high/ 23.5cms across/ 17cms depth..
