Returning policy

The item MUST be returned UNALTERED and in the same NEW condition it was originally delivered to the buyer including box, booklet(s) tag(s), etc. To avoid issues of damage please package item in a secure manner using protective material. 

The return MUST be postdated within 14 days of delivery date to buyer

Shipping fee paid by the buyer is not refundable.

All costs associated with the return, is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Please understand a refund will ONLY be issued under these guidelines without exceptions.

The product must be unworn, with tags and stickers still attached.

Any defect on merchandise must be reported within 3 days of receipt, if an exchange or refund is desired. 
After 7 days a customer must use the warranty that comes with the merchandise. 

We cannot accept the return of any item that has been worn or sized.
