Payment Policy

•           Import duties, taxes and charges are NOT INCLUDED in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
•           Most of the items go through Customs without the need of payment, but you might need to pay additional fee.
•           Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
•           These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up ג do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
•           Only PayPal is Accepted.
•           Immediate Payment is required after the Winning Bid.
•           Item will be shipped within 1-2 business days after receiving full payment.
  
Shipping Policy
 
•           We ship WORLDWIDE (Some countries excluded).
•           Please note that shipping time might be longer if the item is held in Customs, it is not in our control, but we try to help as much as possible if shipping time takes longer.
•           Items will be shipped within 1-2 days with tracking number , take in mind it usually take 7-30 days to arrive .
 
Returns Policy
 
•           If you want to return the item for the following reasons:
o          Unsatisfied with the item, size does not fit, wrong item ordered by mistake we allow returns up to 14 days after delivery.

o          Photo of the item is required, and the item must be NEW, IN BOX ( if came in one ) and NOT USED.

o          We will refund you with the price of the item, minus shipping fee(we usually do not charge for the shipping but it cost us and we can't loss it too

•           If the item came defected, and / or damaged during the delivery , a photo is required in order to verify the damage. If the claim is found just, we offer 2 options:

o          Replacement of the item it we got another one - shipping will be paid by us
o          Return of the item, you will be refunded in full.
