An explanation of my condition grading:
In the used & rare book world, the terminology of condition is well established, and as such we seldom need to itemize toning and small tears. The world of posters and prints and graphic arts uses several systems – from the number system that the comic & card business relies on, to letter grades, to lengthy prose descriptions. As I work through these posters, I will be using letter grades & I define them as such:

A = Very good. Still glossy, if it ever was. No tears. Corners crisp. No marks on the front. No damage other than natural aging in proper storage. Never folded.
B = Good condition. Still glossy, if it ever was. One or two small closed tears, less than 1". Perhaps a bumped corner, but nothing offensive. No marks on the front. May have been neatly folded, which I will note in the description.
C = A detracting flaw, which I will note specifically in the description, such as a torn corner or long closed tear or a repair. This also includes a stain or marking on the front that does not pertain to the poster. Except where specifically noted, even a C rated poster will display very well.
D = Damaged goods. Will require repair. See description for details.

Payment/Shipping
Shipping in the US will be $3.50 for first class mail. If you've bought more than one item from me, I'm happy to combine it all into one shipment --

If you'd like insurance or if you're overseas (or over the border) & will require international shipping, please let me know. First class international shipping will be $7.50.

I'm happy to ship anywhere in the world, but new international rates kick in when a book weighs more than 4 pounds… so be sure to inquire if you'd like to know exact shipping outside the US.

We take shipping seriously here at Riverby. Everything is wrapped in heavy paper and shipped in a padded bag or a box. If you want delivery confirmation or insurance, please let me know. It costs a little more.

INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED, ESPECIALLY FOR ITEMS SELLING FOR MORE THAN $100.
If you decide not to get insurance, please be aware that that releases me from responsibility if the item is damaged in the mail. I will wrap and ship carefully and professionally, but the purpose of the insurance option is the guard against damage in transit.

Tracking is another option you should consider. I ship everything within 72 hours of receiving payment, but once it's in the mail, I can't update you on its location unless you ask for and pay for tracking. I'm happy to do it, but I leave it up to you, in order to keep shipping costs down.

Please feel free to e-mail with questions.

Thanks for looking!

Photographs
If you'd like more photos, let me know and I'll try to get some to you. One of these days I’m going to get some proper lights for taking photographs. Until then, it's just natural light from outside… which sometimes casts shadows. Sorry about that.
