IMPORTANT NOTICE:  In most cases your order will be shipped either the same day you order or the next business day.  However, we are not always able to get your tracking number for 2 or 3 days after shipment.  Our warehouse is very busy, and shipping orders are the priority.  Emailing us the tracking numbers comes next, but we cannot always upload them as soon as we would like. We get them to you just as soon as we can get them, but it may take 48 hours to accomplish.  Please be patient.  If there is any reason why your order was not shipped immediately, you will certainly be notified concerning this fact.  Be assured that we appreciate your business. 
It is impossible for us to keep every item we sell in our retail store, so many items are stored in several different warehouses.  Since the warehouses do not ship internationally, we must have the item shipped to our store by UPS and then sent to you by USPS priority international mail.  If you have a deadline to meet, it is essential that you tell us your wear date.  If we cannot meet it, we will advise you not to order.  We are not responsible for orders held up in customs for whatever reason.  Ebay's estimates on delivery times are for orders within the continental US and do not include international orders.  It is impossible to estimate delivery times on international orders with absolute accuracy.  We appreciate our international buyers and respectfully request that you refrain from unreasonable expectations as far as delivery times.
