You will receive a CD, there is no physical book included, any book or manual referred to will be in PDF format on the CD itself

No - the CD box is shown for illustartion only. You will receive a professionally printed CD in a protective paper sleeve

What format are your training courses / manuals?

They are all in PDF format thus making them easy to view and print - a free viwer is available from Adobe if you don't already have it

Do I have to pay any additional fees after receiving my item?

No. All the items, be they software or information CDs contain all the information as advertised and are full, unrestricted items with absolutely no further fees to pay and are not time restricted

Why are your items so cheap?

Professional quality software and training  doesn't need to be expensive. All my items are inexpensive because the  developers give their time freely, they are Open Source. With other items they are have been released into the Public Domain. It all works out to benefit you!

Are your items available elsewhere?

Yes. They are freely available on the internet.

What do your charges cover?

You are paying me for my time in researching these items, putting together the package, putting it onto CD and delivering it to door - it is this service that you are paying for; the item itself is Free.

Do you provide technical support?

No. It's not possible for me to have the necessary time or ability to provide support for all my items. To do so would require employing someone which would dramatically increase the purchase price.

Is the item a copy or otherwise illegal?

No. All my items are 100% legal and contain no illegally copied software or items whatsoever.

Can I use your items on more than one Computer?

Yes

Do you give discount for multiple purchases?

No. My items are priced as low as possible to make them attractive, it is not possible to reduce the price any further
