Surcharges: Unfortunately couriers make a surcharge when delivering to certain parts of the UK, these include but are not limited to all offshore islands, Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland etc. These have been highlighted on the map and the surcharges detailed below. Items will not be dispatched to these areas until the surcharge has been paid. Please note we are unable to send filled punchbags outside of the UK. Filled punchbags are heavy, fragile, prone to damage through the delivery system and very expensive to ship internationally. If you are outside of the UK you are buying an empty punchbag. You will simply need to source some filling locally and fill the bag. You are very welcome to contact us for filling instructions if this is required or click this link.

Payment: Payment must be received within 7 days of the auction ending. Failure to do this will usually result in the item being re-listed and a ‘non-paying bidder alert’ being raised. We are reasonable, so please communicate with us whenever necessary, before the7 days after the auction ending has lapsed.

Postage: We try to make sure the postage costs are fair, and cover the expenses necessary to get your product to you. Please only bid on an item if you are happy with the quoted postage. Our preferred delivery method is via courier, as items are signed for and can be tracked if lost or delayed. This protects us, the seller, and the customer. A receipt is obtained for all items sent by recorded first class post and can be provided as proof of postage if an item is lost.

Feedback: We do hope you leave feedback for us, but for those who prefer to stay anonymous, we will only leave feedback for you once you have left it for us.

Lost Items: As mentioned above, we obtain proof of postage on all items sent, and these can be provided if the postal service has lost the item. We will do all we can to work with you to track a lost item with the Post Office and will stay in contact with you for the duration of the search until an outcome is reached.

Fault Items: All products are individually inspected before being dispatched, to ensure items are sent out in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that your garment is faulty, please return it to us within 7 days of receipt in its original condition.Upon inspection, we will be happy to replace or refund you in full if the item is found to be faulty.

Returns: Item must be returned unused and in original box to qualify for 30 days money refund.
