Please use the ask a seller question on top of the page to  contact us.  We will try our best to answer your questions within 1  business day.  We do not answer emails on Weekends and Holidays.  You  can call us at 626-962-3998 Monday - Friday between 2-6 P.M. PST.

Payment:
Domestic customer
Payment is expected to reach us within 3 days after  auction is ended.  We accept Paypal and Paypal eCheck payment.    We also accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
International customer
Payment is expected to reach us within 3 days after  auction is ended.  We accept Paypal and Paypal eCheck payment only.   Please contact us for other option payment methods.

Shipping:
We do not  charge  Handling fee  and we do  not make  money on  shipping. We  are charging  you what the  Post Office  charge us.
Domestic customer
Please allow 1-2 business days to ship your items after payment is received.  Your item will be shipped with UPS Ground with tracking and insurance.  The delivery time is 2-6 business days depend on your region.
International customer
Please allow  1-2 business days to ship your items after payment is received.  Your item will be shipped with USPS  First Class  International.   The delivery  time is 6-12  business days  depends on your  country.   Some countries  do take  longer than  6-12  business  days. This  is only an  estimated  delivery  time  provided to  us by the  Post Office.  They do not  guarantee  their  shipping  time so do  we.   For some  countries, it  can take longer  12 business  days.
Combine shipping
After you bid for all of your items, please send us a request for total amount through ebay.  For International buyer, please keep in mind that shipping overseas are very expensive.  It's best for you to request for combine shipping cost before bidding.

We value our feedback and we are  honest and fair regarding our dealing with our customers.  Please contact us  first with any problems with this transaction before leaving us negative  feedback.  Once  the negative feedback is left, it can not be removed.  Please let us take  care of any problems you maybe have with this transaction.

Return Policy:
Your satisfaction is guaranteed! Any item can be returned for a full refund (excluding shipping and insurance charges)  within 7 days. Your return to us (at your own expense) within 3 days of notification.  Returned item must be in the original condition as when we shipped it including all packing boxes and material,  and must be accompanied by all accessories included in the original packing.
