Dispatch Time

Your order will be sent the same day if ordered before 1pm or the following day if ordered after 1pm. Orders are sent weekdays Monday to Friday.

Orders can’t be dispatch during special events, bank holidays etc when post is not collected.

Delivery Time

UK Delivery

Your order will be sent by royal mail 1^st class post usually 1 to 3 working days delivery.

Next day guaranteed delivery is available at £8.99.

International Delivery

We use international recorded delivery (an insured service) which usually takes up to 2 weeks to deliver however most orders are received within the 1^st week. You may chose an uninsured service if your order value is less than £10 this will cost £2.00.

All our prices are in UK Sterling GBP. Ebay may automatically covert your prices into your local currency, we take no responsibility for incorrect estimates.

If the item weight is more than 1.5kg please contact us first as this must go by courier. Courier prices are as low as £19.00 for a few Europe destinations.

Combining Orders

If you would like to order more than 1 item then you will qualify to combine your order to save you £££s of postage. You would only need to pay the highest individual postal cost out all the items you want to purchase once.

E.g. If you wanted Item A with a £2.00 postage cost and Item B with a £3.00 postage cost you would only have to pay £3.00 to have all your items delivered saving you £2.00. The same posting rule applies for any number of items you want to order.

Not Received Your Order?

UK 1^st class deliveries should arrive within 3 working days but at the latest 1 week.

International deliveries may take up 2 weeks to deliver but at the latest 25 days.

If your order has not arrived within the above times please let us know. For items that have been sent by recorded (or insured delivery) will require a signature. The courier will usually leave a card. Please do check with your local sorting office after the 1^st week has past as they maybe holding the order for you if you were out.

Found a Cheaper Deal?

Returns

You have a 30 day guarantee that starts from the date the invoice is made. This means you can return the item (if you don’t want it) or if it is faulty for a refund. A full refund will be issued if faulty or if the problem was a fault of our own otherwise a refund excluding the postage cost will be issued.

We do accept items back that have been opened. Please do check the item before use, but once used we can only accept the item back if faulty (must be informed within the first 3 working days by e-mail).

Return funds will be sent back to the original payment method or by cheque if paid by postal order or cheque.
