Items are not
pulled from inventory until payment is received. Please Pay via Paypal
or Credit Cards within 5 Days to insure item, or it may be sold to
another customer. Echecks, debit, or credit cards may be used through the
Paypal system as forms of payment. Items paid via echecks will not be
shipped until cleared through Paypal. Unpaid items will be filed
automatically if not paid within 10 days.
Shipping is
combined whenever possible. Each additional
outfit/accessory is just $2 after highest shipping cost paid. Most
Furniture & Dolls are not eligible for combined shipping due to size.
If items are eligible for combined shipping it will note it under the
shipping tab.
We take pride in our quality level of
shipping. All boxed items are well packaged in new cardboard shipping
boxes, with extra padding when necessary. Soft items and
clothing are first sealed in plastic bags and then shipped in
envelopes or padded mailers. Books go Media Mail in
envelopes or boxes depending on
weight. Most shipments are shipped within one business day of
payment received. Slight delays can be expected during
holidays.

Please do not ask us to change the customs declaration, items are
declared at their value. Customer is responsible
for all customs/duties charged by
their country. For international
customers, we prefer to ship priority mail because it offers tracking
of item. When adding additional items to your order, shipping costs
will not drastically go up.
Best offers are not
accepted. Our prices
are calculated specifically to maintain our business. Pricing will fluctuate
with the market. All items are inspected
before shipping. Many items have a 14 day return policy, please check each
listing. Shipping costs are not refunded. Please contact us
