Delivery schedule: We process all orders within 24 working hours. All orders received by 1.00pm GMT are shipped out the same day using Royal Mail 1st class recorded or optional Special Delivery. Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched on the next working day. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day. Whilst most items will be dispatched within one working day, please allow 2-3 days for delivery within the UK, 5-7 days for Europe, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland and 7-10 days for United States and Australia.
Postage: We post most of our items via Royal Mail 1st class or 1st class recorded and you should receive your item the next day but please be advised Royal Mail can take up to 3-4 days to deliver your item. Please contact us if any delay occurs. For heavy or bulky items (golf bags etc) we use DPD and various other couriers. |
If you are not happy with your purchase, please return it to us for a refund within 30 Days of receipt. Refunds will be issued within 2 working days of return provided the goods are returned in perfect, unused condition and in their original packaging. Please return the delivery note with the item and state the reason for the return. We do not refund postage costs unless an item arrives damaged or in error due to our negligence. |
