Key West, frustrated with the actions of the Federal Government,
declared war against the United States by breaking a loaf of stale Cuban bread
over the head of a man in a U. S. Naval uniform.

And then immediately surrendered to that same man and applied for one billion dollars in foreign aid.

The southern most point in the continental United States
(notice the dome shaped marker left center)
it was also home to writers Ernest Hemingway and Tennessee Williams.

Each puzzle in the Explore America series celebrates the
unique and varied cultures that make ours truly a "melting pot".
As you complete additional puzzles you will experience the excitement of discovery
as you explore the wide range of places where we work, live and play.
