• All merchandise ships from the United States.
• Kentucky residents are responsible for 6% sales tax.
• All United States FedEx Ground, 2 Day and Next Day Air shipments, with merchandise value of $100 or more, and/or shipping to an apartment or condo complex will require a signature upon delivery. No exceptions.
• All shipping methods come with tracking visibility. All tracking numbers are sent via e-mail within 24-48 hours of payment being received. If you do not receive the tracking number, please contact customer service.
• On orders that include more than one item, combined shipping rates will apply. In order to get combined shipping, please pay for all items with one payment. If items do not automatically combine into one checkout, please contact customer service before submitting payment.
International Shipping
• All orders are processed within 48 hours of payment on business days.
• Import duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility. Buyer has to pay for any import duties and/or import taxes. You will be subject to not only customs and duty fees, but taxes such as GST in Australia and VAT in the United Kingdom. Our prices do NOT include these taxes, and they will be collected by the delivering freight company. If the shipment is refused, NO REFUND will be issued.
• Per US and International government regulations, we cannot mark false merchandise values and/or mark items as gifts.
• All International shipments will be provided tracking information within 7 business days.
Returns/Exchanges
Street Moda has a 30-day return policy. If you return after the 30 day return window, we will accept your return, but your refund will be based on the value your item is selling at presently, not the cost you bought it for. We do not accept returns on undergarments, socks, hats, swimwear, worn items, or any item listed as FINAL SALE or DISPLAY.. Please contact us through your Ebay account or at 502.491.1889 for a return authorization. Please see the return policy enclosed in your package for full details. If you want to exchange for another item, your shipping is FREE! If you are returning for a refund, there will be an $8.50 restocking fee if you request and use the prepaid return label.
In the unlikely event that you receive a wrong item or damaged merchandise, we'll take care of it. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt for your return authorization and allow us to place your replacement on hold. Your return package of the damaged/wrong merchandise should be mailed back to us within 14 days.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS – Prepaid return labels can not be used outside of the US. Please follow the instructions for returning or exchanging and choose the shipping company of your choice.
