This is a 5U Rack UPS from APC that has the XL functionality. This means that you can plug extra batteries into the UPS via the rear mounted blue (48VDC) connector. The unit is heavier than the standard 2200 as it has a larger transformer, and heavy duty charger and rectifier stages.
We are supplying the units fully tested (including extended heavy load tests) with no cells. You will need a 48V DC battery source in order to use the UPS. We are selling in this condition as many people are using APC UPS as inverters with their own battery banks that are charged by solar / wind / stream etc.
Cosmetically the UPS is classed as A-Grade, and comes without the larger of the two front plastics. The unit will have the other plastic which has the LED's and control buttons. The large plastic is cosmetic only and does not effect the UPS in any way.

The cosmetic condition of the UPS is A-Grade with retouched paint where neccesary, no major bangs / dents. The ups is second user so its not exactly as "as new", but it is in good cosmetic condition. Original RRP was 1180
Warranty void if case opened. Shipped specially wrapped and strapped onto a small pallet to ensure it reaches you in pristine condition. Item is heavy so you will need to help the TNT driver unload the item #he will have a pallet truck and tail lift#.
