Exchange Process This is an exchange item which means that we require your old part back as part of the deal. Your panel must be undamaged and a genuine Land Rover item. This allows us to keep our costs down as we do not charge you for the original panel. When you purchase this item you are agreeing to send your old part back to us (you will need to pay the return postage cost). You will need to contact us by phone on 01666 804444 to provide us with your card details so that we can retain these in case you decide not to return the panel. If you live outside the UK or would like to keep your original panel, then an ADDITIONAL charge (surcharge) will need to be made which will be refunded if the exchange panel is returned to us. When returning your original panel please ensure that your details are included inside the box, so that we know who is returning the item. The additional core surcharge price for this item is £78. Please contact us for more details. Fitting Details Place the car in Neutral with the ignition off. The gear knob can then be pulled sharply upwards and removed.
