Orders received before 3PM Eastern Standard Time will ship same day either via UPS Ground or United States Postal Service Priority Mail at the discretion of OpticsCamp.com. All UPS shipments valued under $500 are shipped no signature required unless otherwise requested. UPS shipments valued over $500 are shipped signature required and will not be left on your doorstep. Shipping information will be provided via email when orders are processed. All international orders are shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail International. Orders shipped to APO/FPO military addresses are sent via USPS Parcel Post. OpticsCamp.com is not responsible for shipping times or transit delays caused by situations outside of our control. Return Policy OpticsCamp.com will accepts returns of unopened merchandise within 14 days of the original order date. All product returns require an RMA, which can be obtained by contacting OpticsCamp.com via email or phone. Removal of UPC codes or serial numbers will void this return policy. Omission of original product manuals, packaging, or other product-specific materials will cause the return to be subject to a 15% restocking fee, and may void this return policy at the discretion of OpticsCamp.com. All returns must be shipped signature required and insured for the original order amount. Packaging should be similar to the packaging provided in the original shipped order. Damaged and Defective Items All merchandise is inspected by OpticsCamp.com prior to shipping. If damaged or defective merchandise is received, OpticsCamp.com must be notified within 1 business day of receipt and an RMA will be provided. Damaged and defective merchandise will be replaced with a new unit of the same model within two business days of return receipt. Any item returned as damaged or defective that is found to be neither damaged nor defective will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
