Q. eBay said my order will arrive by a certain date.

A. The estimated arrival date stated on eBay is to be used as a guide only.  eBay automatically generates this date based on various factors but fails to allow for public holidays, industrial disputes, natural desasters and peak postal season such as Christmas and customs processing for our international buyers. Q. Do you guarantee my items will arrive by a stated date?
