Although the tables were packaged very very well, I opened up the boxes to a big dissappointment (yes, I bought 5 of them - sofa, coffee, and three end tables). The tableswas scratched on the front and on the base. The tableThe color also had a cloudy film to it. We were so lookiing forward to our beautiful new tables, and were heart broken. We will notify the company as they are the ones who have to know this review. By the way, MADE IN CHINA!!!!

This table is beaufiul and heavy with a asian-inspired style.It appears expensive, but reasonably priced. It appears smaller in the descripton. Make sure you measure the dimensions of the room and sofa before purchase. It takes up a lot of space and overwhelms smaller scaled furniture in the room. The table is now the focal point in my living room.

Love the table but wish manufacture would package better. First cocktail table was damaged but Overstock had new one sent out and it to was damaged (lightly). Both times the boxes looked like they had been through a war zone. Not sure if it is the packaging or the carrier. Something they need to work out.
