 Terms and Conditions:
We offer for sale mostly pre owned items. These are things that we have acquired from various sources.
As such I do not always know their history or back ground and have been in storage.
Such as was the home non-smoking or did they have pets etc.
If you are sensitive to smoke fragrances or pets or maybe just have concerns about buying vintage or pre-owned items
we understand if you prefer not to bid or purchase this item.

Shipping:
Our Shipping days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
We do offer combined shipping. Items must be paid on the same invoice to receive the discount. 
For International Shipping, please contact us for pricing.

We do not offer Free Shipping. 
Sometimes EBay mobile makes an error and states free shipping.

Pictures: 
Please note the white and black undershirts used in the pictures are not included
with the item unless otherwise stated. 

Measurements:
All measurements are taken from the outside of the garment while lying flat on a table.
These are different from body measurements or sizes. 
To determine if this item will fit please find a similar garment for comparison as refunds are not given because items do not fit.
Garment may be pinned to make it fit the model.

Damage:
Unless we state otherwise, this is a pre-owned garment. 
We feel that all garments (new or pre-owned) may show some sign of wear or damage. 
We have checked this garment, and noted any wear and damage we found. 
It is our opinion that other than the condition noted in the description, it is in GREAT condition. 
We also feel that this item and any pre-owned garment should be cleaned before it is worn. 

 Insurance:
All items are shipped insured.  If a parcel is lost by the postal system, we can put in a claim after 30 days.

A Note about Zippers:
Please note that the side the zipper pull is on does not determine if a coat is men’s or women’s. 
We determine if it is a men’s or women’s based on first whether or not is closes to the right or the left (women’s to the left and men’s to the right),
and on occasion we will make our determination based on the measurements (in particular the arm length).    

Questions:
We are in the office Monday to Friday during the day to answer your questions. 
We will periodically check emails evenings and weekends, but cannot guarantee you will get your answer before the auction closes so please ask early.

Tax Information:
Canadian residents must pay taxes
5% GST and 13% HST (Ontario)

Return policy:  
We do our best to picture & describe accurately. We accept returns only if we have missed damage.
Please view picture, read the description carefully for all details and measurements.
We do not accept returns if items do not fit, for buyer’s remorse, or if buyer doesn't like textures, colors or quality.
The pictures will clearly show these details.
These are used items and were recommended they are cleaned before use so they are fresh and ready to wear.
Returns must be approved. We do not refund shipping costs.
Any return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
