All orders are shipped via standard postal services. International orders are shipped by Airmail. All items are shipped from the UK. We are aware sometimes items may take longer to get delivered and this is due to Postal Services who sometimes fail to deliver on time. Postal Services guidelines state we should allow 15 working days for UK orders and 28 days for international orders from the date of dispatch before an item is considered lost. If you have not received your order after the stipulated delivery times please fell free to contact us.
UNWANTED OR UNSUITABLE PRODUCTS If you buy a product and wish to return it because it is unwanted or unsuitable, please notify us within 14 days of receiving it, we accept returns of all products.All returned items must be in their original unspoilt packaging and in a saleable condition.
If the product is not received by us in its original condition we will be unable to refund for it and you will have to pay for its return to you. Please be extra careful when returning fragile items as we can only refund for them if they are in a unbroken and in saleable condition. DAMAGED PRODUCTS If you wish to return an item that is faulty, then please contact us using the email address at the top of our webpages, and include as much information as possible.
We will reply to you to get any extra information that we may need, which may include photos of the product and the packaging. Please do not return anything until we say, as this may prevent us from being able to deal with your request.
All damage in transit inquiries need to be reported on the day of receipt, all packaging will need to be kept.
