* Vortex Audio new extended return period is 60 days. All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number issued by an authorized Vortex audio representative. Please send us a message via ebay message system to receive RA #. Product returned without this authorization will be refused. An RA is only effective for ten (10) days from issuance.
* Defective Returns. Defective product can be returned to us within 60 days of sale. After 60 days, defective product must be returned to the manufacturer, under the specific warranty. Customer is responsible for return freight costs as we will cover for replacement item freight cost. Blown subwoofers/ speakers doesn't cover under return program.
* Non-Defective Returns. a. All non-defective returns will be assessed a 15% restocking fee, if product ordered is returned within 30 days of purchase. Handling fees and freight charges will not be refunded. b. The RA number must be printed clearly on outside of the carton, and all products must be securely protected in double packaging. If the RA number is not visible, the shipment may be refused. If shipping labels are placed on or RA numbers written on the manufacturer???s boxes, the product will not be in resalable condition, and, in turn, will not be eligible for return. All original packaging and materials, including all parts, accessories and instruction manuals from the manufacturer must be returned with the product. Failure to comply may result in charge-backs, penalties and/or other fees to the customer, up to and including denial of RA credit.
