Large Bulk Lot/Collection of Arab Nations Coins

I purchase many collections but my knowledge of Arab coins is fairly limited, I have tossed coins from Arab nations I could not identify or was not sure on into a box and this is what I have:

May be some decent coins in there, I don't really know, I did not have the patience to identify everything...

Did notice some silver Ottoman (or Egyptian?) pieces
