This case was originally part of a military Leica M2 camera outfit: Leica M2, Summaron 35mm f/3.5, Summicron-DR 5cm f/2 and Elmar 135mm f/4.5 and few accessories). used by the U.S. Military. This case has a special U.S. contract label attached to the top of the bag. This bag originally held a Leica M2 camera with three M lenses and accessories. The insert in this bag is made for an vintage Leica M camera and several lenses. You should be able to use it with any vintage M Leica camera body you have such as an M2, M3, or Leica M4 rangefinder cameras and few M lenses.This bag comes with the BONUS second insert pictured to hold another camera and lens set.
