We process and ship orders Monday - Friday and are unable to offer weekend or holiday delivery.
We only ship to the 48 Continental United States and Alaska ,Hawaii and other U.S. Territories (ie. Guam, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, etc.). We do not ship internationally.
Free shipping to continental United States (48 States) only.
Alaska ,Hawaii & other U.S. Territories shipments have an additional shipping fee equal as Expedited. Expedited shipping is the only shipping method offered for these locations.
We utilize warehouses across the Continental United States. If you order two or more products from us, they may ship separately. We reserve the right to select which shipping company/carrier will deliver your product. This might affect you if you live in a rural community that does not accept deliveries from any specific shipping company.

Seller Commitment

1.	Platinummicro will ship orders within 2 business days of complete payment received.
2.	The tracking number will be advice to your email address and available upon request.
3.	We will ship the item specified by the Manufacturer Part Number as stated in the Product Description.
4.	Buyer pays for return shipping on defective merchandise. We will response for replacement parts and shipping cost back to buyer.
5.	To ensure customer satisfaction and agreeable transaction, we will leave feedback after Buyer feed back has been received.

Buyer Commitment

1.	The buyer is responsible for ensuring compatibility, parts, accessories, etc. for this Manufacturer Part Number.
2.	Buyer must inform Platinum Micro as proptmply as possible after receiving date

1.	All products sold by Platinum Micro, Inc. are brand new and carry the manufacturer's warranty.
2.	We are not responsible for physical damage or misuse of the product, damage or misuse of the product will automatically void the manufacturer warranty.
3.	Platinum Micro, Inc. offers a 14 day return/exchange policy. Item must be returned within 14 days after the item has been delivered. Refund will be given back as Money back or item exchange (buyer's choice), Return shipping will be paid by buyer.
4.	There is a restocking fee of 15% on all returns for refund. We charge this 15% restocking fee for all returns for refund to encourage customers to purchase products they intend to keep. We offer RMA replacement without any restocking fee to customers who have received a defective product. There is a 50% restocking fee on all items that are returned damaged, missing parts, not in the original condition, writings or markings other than from the manufacturer.
5.	Shipping cost is not refundable.
	Product exchanges can be accepted for defective items, the same exact item only. Product returns can be accepted on defective items only. Product returns for non-defective items will incur in a 15% restocking fee, deducted from the refund amount.
6.	Platinum Micro, Inc. does not offer "Advanced Replacement" for the exchange of defective merchandise.
7.	Platinum Micro, Inc does not pay the return shipping cost for defective merchandise.
8.	We are not responsible for product defects, because we do not manufacture the products we sell. Platinum Micro, Inc. will pay for shipping "back to the customer" for exchange of defective items.
9.	All returns and exchanges must be accompanied with a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA number). Please contact us for a RMA number prior to sending your package. 10.	RMA numbers are valid for only 10 business days.
11.	All packages being shipped to Platinum Micro, Inc. must have a valid tracking number that is with a major courier such as DHL, UPS, FEDEX, or USPS.
12 13.	Packages must be received by us within 10 business days after the RMA number has been issued. Packages received after the 10 business days will not be accepted We do not accept returns on opened software. Opened software is non-refundable.
