ORDERS
Q. Do you
offer UK Next Day delivery?
A. Yes. UK Next Day
Delivery costs £6.49. All orders placed before 3pm will be dispatched the same
day.
Please note that any
UK Next Day Delivery orders placed before 3pm on a Friday will not be delivered
until the following Monday.
Q. Can I
change my order?
A. We will try our
hardest to change your order, but cannot guarantee this. If it has been
processed or already left the building, then we will not be able to.
Q. What
forms of payments do you accept?
A. For normal
transactions we only accept payment via PayPal, not cheques, postal orders or
cash. However for larger orders we will accept payment via Bank Transfer.
Please contact us first.
All payment must be
made within 7 days of purchase to avoid eBay opening an Unpaid Item Case.
DELIVERY
Q. Do you
deliver outside the UK?
A. Yes. Click on the
‘See Details’ to get the International postage rates. The £2.99 Promotional
shipping offer does not apply to International deliveries. We do not ship to
Argentina. For FULL detail see the International section below.
Q. How
long will it take for the parcel to reach me?
A. Please note that
during busy periods these times may increase slightly. For UK customers if you
require your parcel urgently we suggest using UK Next Day Delivery.

Q. I have
not received my item?
A. UK - If your
parcel has a tracking number, it will have been given to you in your delivery
confirmation email. You can track your parcel from there.
If your order didn’t
have a tracking number or you haven’t been able to locate the parcel, please
contact us via eBay. We may ask you to wait up to 15 working days from posting
before we can declare it lost.
International – if
you don’t receive your parcel within the estimated delivery time, please
contact us via eBay. We may ask you to wait up to 20 working days from posting
before we can declare it lost.
Q. What
happens if my parcel is delivered when I am not at home?
A. If you are not at
home when your parcel is being delivered, the courier driver will either:
Leave the parcel in a
secure location, leave the parcel with a neighbour or take the parcel back with
them. You will be left a card advising you of what has been done.
Q. Can my
parcel be delivered on a Saturday?
A. Some parcels may
be delivered on a Saturday, but we cannot arrange or guarantee this.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE
Q. What is
your Returns Policy?
A. We are happy to
accept returns within 14 days of the purchase date as long as the product is
not worn/used and has all tags attached.
Please note once we
have received the return it can take up to 4 days to process.

Q. I would
like to exchange my item?
A. If you would like
to exchange your item we ask that you return your original item for a refund
and place a new order for the items you would like. The FULL returns process
can be found further below.
Q. What do
I do if my order was faulty/damaged or Incorrect?
We are very sorry for
this, please send us a message via eBay and we will try to get this resolved as
soon as possible. See Incorrect/Damaged/Faulty items below for more
information.
TERMS OF SALE
DELIVERY
Most UK orders will be with you within 2-3 days of dispatch. When your
item is dispatched you will be sent an email notification. Items are not
dispatched on the Weekend and Bank Holidays. If you are unable to receive your
delivery, you will be left a calling card. This will provide you details of how
you can arrange for your parcel to be redelivered. If you don’t arrange for it
to be collected within seven working days, the parcel will be returned to us.
We will then require you to pay the postage to re send the parcel.
If in the unusual circumstances your parcel can’t be located by Royal
Mail, they do not declare it lost till after 15 working days. Only after this
time period will we be able to refund you the cost of your item.
RETURNS &
EXCHANGE
If you are not entirely satisfied
with your purchase, you may return your item to us for a refund, in its
original condition (with swing ticketing) within 14 days of the date shown on
your invoice. Please note that we do have the right to reject your return if we
believe that the item has been worn, misused or has exceeded the 14 day limit.
For UK Orders:

Complete Returns Form
that arrives in your parcel and include in your parcel.

Cut out the Returns
Label at the top of your Return Form and attach to the outside of your parcel.

Take the parcel to
your Post Office.

Ask for a ‘Proof of
Posting receipt’, they will attach your tracking number to that receipt.

You do not need to
pay at this point in time; we will deduct this charge from your refund.
6
Keep the receipt safe
until the parcel has reached us.
A £2 postage cost will be deducted from your refund payment. If the item
is damaged/incorrect, you will not be charged.
For International Orders:

INCORRECT/DAMAGED/FAULTY
ITEMS
We are very sorry if we have sent
you an incorrect/damaged/faulty item. We must be notified of all
incorrect/damaged/faulty items within 7 days of the transaction date. Please
send us a message, so we can rectify this mistake for you. We will either replace
the item subject to stock availability, or refund you the money, including your
original postage charge. Please send the parcel back to us as advised above.
For incorrect/damaged/faulty item you will not be charged a £2 returns charge.

us we will do our best to reply to you as soon as possible. Please note that we
are closed on Saturday/Sunday and Bank Holidays.
We do reply to all our messages and emails and do not ignore you, if you
are not satisfied with your product or shopping experience then please contact
us to resolve the issue before leaving a negative/neutral feedback or poor
Detailed Seller Rating.
INTERNATIONAL SELLING
We also send parcels Internationally, except for Argentina. The prices
for your country can be found by clicking on ‘See Details’ next to the postage
price. The International size conversion chart can be found at the top of the
page. The delivery times can be found under the delivery section.
IMPORT DUTY
If you order products from our site for delivery outside the UK, they
may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery
reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any
such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these
charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs
office for further information before placing your order to avoid any surprise
charges.
Please also note that if you are purchasing from the UK and having your
parcel delivered to another EU State then there are no taxes applied.

Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France,
Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta,
