Return 1. If buyer would like to exchange or return item for personal reason, he/she will be subject to 20% restocking fee.
2. Item must be in unused condition, i.e. never installed and in original packaging with all the accessories.
3. Customer is responsible for returning cost and make sure item will be safely returned to our office in good condition. We will not refund/exchange item if item is damaged due to poor packaging during return.
Replacement 1. Customer is advised to check item immediately and report to us within 48 hours. We reserve the right not to accept any return which is purchased over 60 days.
