We always try to post it same day if payment received before 1pm

However if it’s not posted same day for some reason it will be posted next day in the morning post

Please be aware that even item is send thru 1st class Royal Mail service is still can take up to two weeks until we can report it missing

Buyer is responsible for returned postage expenses unless the errors is ours. We will also deduct from the refund a percentage of our Paypal fees and our eBay seller fees charged to us on completion of the sale. We do not refund products that are unwanted, unsuitable, not as expected, late or surplus to requirements

If postage is included in sale price, in case item needs to be returned, postage and packaging cost will be deducted from refund.
