All of my models are secondhand - I try to be precise but sometimes I miss something, this is not intentional - please contact me before leaving feedback as I want you to be happy with your purchase and I will deal with the situation.

Should an item arrive not as you expected or broken please contact me immediately and I will refund, exchange or otherwise do my best to rectify the situation.    I pride myself on a high level of Customer Service and therefore I would appreciate it if you would contact me before leaving Neutral or Negative Feedback so I have the opportunity of offering you the chance to experience this service.
