♥ Do you combine shipping?
Yes, check for listings with “Combo Ship” in the title. All of our unique stones ship with combined
shipping.
Example:
If you buy 10 lots of 5 small stones it will cost about $29.50 with free ship listings, or $19.50 with combo ship listings.
♥ Do you accept returns?
If there is a problem with the item, contact us right away. If you decided you do not want the item, we accept returns on most items. The UID code (sticker), packaging, and any free gifts must be included when returning the items. Buyer pays return shipping. Always contact us before returning anything. We do not accept returns on customer-damaged products. Items shipped priority mail come insured.
♥ How do you pack your gemstones?
Small tumbled – Is counted into small bags, placed in a bubble mailer and shipped.
Other tumbled – Is wrapped then placed in a bag and shipped in a bubble mailer with paper packing.
Unique Stones – Are well wrapped in tissue,placed in a bag with a UID code to identify them, then placed in a box with paper packing all around it.
We use recycled paper or newspaper for packing as it is recyclable, biodegradable, and safe for stones and animals. We are very careful with our products.
♥ Do you ship outside of the USA?
It depends, message us for details with where you are. Customs, taxes, and other fee's including full shipping price is the customer's responsibility. Please check your country's laws ahead of time. We can ship most items outside the USA.

♥ Why aren't my stones labeled?
If you ordered a premium mix (randomly mixed stones) it is made up of up to (or sometimes over) 100 different types of stones. Because of this we are unable to label them. The simple mixes are labeled in the items' photo(s.)
For multi-item orders, put in a purchase note or send a message that you'd like us to label them and we'll be happy to.
♥ Why did I get extra stones in my purchase?
If you ordered multiple items we often include a gift or extras.
If you over pay for shipping we either upgrade your shipping or include extra stones in the order.
Sometimes we have events or promotions that we give out stones for free.
Wholesale or bulk orders we sometimes
give samples of other sizes/types of
stones.
♥ I ordered a pound but I got a bit more?
We normally package by grams (metric system) so a pound is about 454grams
but we package them at 500 (normally a couple grams
over.)
♥ I'm looking for a stone
for a meaning or science/geology question?
Ask us! Feel free to ask us any questions from geology and scientific questions, to metaphysics and spiritual questions to even as simple as what other stones we have in the same colors! We are very knowledgeable and love helping anyway we can.
