Shipping:

We ship all items within 1 business day ( MONDAY , TUESDAY ,  WEDNESDAY , THURSDAY , FRIDAY ) from date of payment. 

We'll send the item on MONDAY if you purchase the item on weekend ( SATURDAY & SUNDAY )

For US buyer : 

all items are sent by USPS FIRST CLASS  or USPS PRIORITY MAIL SERVICE with Tracking number,

usually takes about 3 to 7 business days for the item arrive at your place 

USPS EXPRESS MAIL SERVICE is available upon request with additional cost apply.

For International buyer :

We use USPS International FIRST Class Mail service for all the items with value less than USD $20.

USPS PRIORITY MAIL SERVICE with Tracking number required for all items with value more than USD $20

usually takes about 2 weeks for your item to arrive abroad, however delay do happen sometime.

USPS EXPRESS MAIL SERVICE is available upon request with additional cost apply.

PLEASE NOTE : You might need to pay for Customs Tax , every Country have different policy regarding this issue.

We do NOT responsibility for any additional tax charged by your CUSTOMS or GOVERNMENT 

Return Policy:

We will refund or offer replacements on any items that arrive damaged where the damage has occurred while the item has been with ourselves. 

We also accept returns and exchanges on any items that are unsuitable if they are returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Please note that any postage costs for returning an item are the customer's responsibility and original postage costs will also not be refunded, except where the item has been returned due to a fault and then the original postage costs will be refunded.
