The One Stop Costume Shop accepts Paypal only. Please note that e-checks through paypal are not instant payments and may take up to 10 days to clear. We do not ship items until payment has cleared. You will have up to 5 days to make payment once you have entered into the bidding/purchase contract. After 6 days, our system will automatically open an unpaid item dispute. If you accidentally purchase an item by mistake please contact us as soon as possible so that we may cancel the transaction. Once an unpaid item dispute is opened we cannot cancel the transaction.

We offer first class mail international shipping to help keep your shipping costs low. However first class mail international does not include tracking information . Priority mail international and express mail international include tracking information and insurance. First class mail international usually takes 12-20 business days for delivery and can take up to 28 business days when going to remote areas. Priority mail international usually takes 6-11 business days and express mail international usually takes 4-6 business days.

Most items may be returned within 14 days from date of delivery. Refunds are for the price of the merchandise only and we do not refund any shipping charges, taxes, duties or customs fees under any circumstance unless there is an error on our behalf such as we shipped the wrong item or size.

All returned items must be unworn/unused with tags attached(if applicable) and include all original packaging. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please examine your item before removing tags or discarding packaging. The following items are not returnable if opened under any circumstance for sanitary reasons: Wigs, Beards, Facial Hair, Makeup, Teeth, Fangs, Hosiery, Undergarments, Eyelashes or Noses.

For all returns please include a note stating your eBay user id and reason for the return. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. If you need a replacement item quickly it would be best for you to purchase the new item which will be shipped as quickly as possible. Then return the original item for a refund. Please allow 1-2 business days for refund to be processed once item has been returned to The One Stop Costume Shop. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process this transaction.
