Return Policy

1. Our return policy is 14-days returns or exchange.

2. Returns must be initiated by the customers within 14-days from the date of received package. If you need return, please contact our customer service representative through eBay. Let us know the detailed problem and send us some pictures for confirmation.

3. In order to return an item you must contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). All returns must obtain RMA# from us prior to returning the product.
All returns must include all original items, original packaging, undamaged, unused and in re-saleable condition. We will refuse all items that are not in the conditions stated above and we are not responsible for sending back those items to you.

4. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping and handling fees are absolutely non-refundable. For free shipping items, the actual shipping cost occurred will be deducted from refund.

5. Upon receipt of the item and completions of our inspection, a refund or exchange will be processed. If the order is found to be defective, we can either grant a full refund or a replacement with no additional cost. Customers refund or exchanged will be processed ASAP.

6. If the order is not found to be defective and is as described there will be a 15% restocking fee.

Our warranty does not apply to products that have been misused, modified, repaired or abused by anyone. We reserve the right as final authority on whether the products should be replaced or refunded.

Delivery

• Orders made before 1 PM Monday to Friday are processed on the same day. Orders made after 1 PM or during weekends and Bank/Public Holidays are processed the following working day.
• All products will be sent by Economy courier service 3-5 working days. Once the item is shipped confirmation is sent via email. 
• Please remember delivery charges in the listing are for UK MAINLAND only, we do not ship to Channel Island. 
• Additional £2.00 charge will occur for Isle of Man and Isle of Wight. 
• Please note: If delivery is attempted 2 times without success and the item returned to us by the courier. 
• A refund or redelivery request will incur a service charge of £5.99.
