True vintage dollhouse.  Someone went to alot of time and love to make this.

I am selling this as a collectible.  Because of the age, I do not know that it is safe for a child to use. 

I think it is a wonderful piece of American Folk Art.

Handmade in the midcentury.  It is electrified.  The fixtures need new bulbs.

Measures

• 32" wide
• 32" high
• 22" deep

Has six rooms a staircase and a hallway.

There are some needlework samplers on the wall.  A detailed built in fireplace and sconces.  Curtains, a tp holder and towel rack in the bathroom.

Glass windows that open and close.

This has seen many years of storage. 

There is discoloration to the wallpaper, some missing flooring.  Some of the "wood" floor "boards" are loose.  The doors stay closed and will open, but they would need new hinges in order to play.  A few missing shingles. 

This is a true vintage item over 50 years old.

I have cleaned it all out.  I did not clean it too much, as I feel the age patina lends to the charm.
