All orders will be carefully packaged and shipped the next business day after payment has cleared. Please make sure the Ship-To address you input during checkout is correct with PayPal. We are not responsible for any wrong or undeliverable addresses. We only ship to the address on file with PayPal.

Please check your eBay transaction page or PayPal transaction page for tracking numbers and shipping status. Tracking numbers are not available for International packages and customer is responsible for customs taxes and duties that may be charged.

We are required to collect 8.25% sales tax when Ship-To address is in California.

Payment

After winning the auction, an email with checkout procedures will be sent to your eBay registered email address. All payments must go through our checkout. We accept the following payment methods: PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Discover Card. We accept credit card payment for US orders only. We do not accept non-US issued credit cards. Payments are expected within 7 days after the last winning auction is closed. Unpaid item (UPI) complaint will be filed with eBay upon non-receipt of payment. Bidding on multiple auctions? Simply wait until all of the auctions have ended, and complete the checkout from the most recent email that you received from us. Once you have completed the checkout, you will not be able to combine any additional auctions. We start to process andrush your order once checkout is completed with payment.

All payments must be made within 7 days after the auction ends. Please make sure that your current mailing address is correct with PayPal before making your payment. PayPal requires us to only ship to the address on file with PayPal, so please do not send email request to ship to a different address.

Returns

We stand behind every product we sell. If you're not pleased with your purchase, we'll be happy to make an exchange or refund the product price less S&H within 14 days of your purchase via parcel post (USPS) or (FedEx). For any exchange or refund, we need the original receipt or a record of the purchase in our system, and the product must be in its original condition, including the box, UPC bar code, packaging, and all the accessories. Open software, music, games, and movies are not eligible for returns.

International orders are not refundable unless the item is defective and shipping cost are not refundable. Please allow up to 10 business days for returns to be processed. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
