Items are shipped from our 2,700 square foot warehouse in West Sussex mostly free of charge and upgrades to 1st class are inexpensive. 
Next day express courier service is just £4.99 and international shipping is available to most destinations.

We welcome orders from UK and overseas customers.

We offer prompt dispatch from our UK warehouse; the majority of orders are sent out within 24 hours of receipt. Orders placed or received at weekends or during public holidays are usually dispatched on the next working day.

For UK customers, we offer Royal Mail 2^nd class delivery as standard or, for a small extra cost, Royal Mail 1^st class or a guaranteed Next Day Delivery Tracked and Timed courier service.

For overseas customers, we offer standard Royal Mail Airmail Services (for most orders), and deliveries by Tracked Courier at extra cost for larger orders, or where faster delivery is needed.

In many cases, we will resolve customers’ problems without the need for a return.

If your order is damaged or faulty, please contact us for further information.

If your order is not suitable for your requirements, or you've changed your mind about the item, please contact us for details of our returns procedure and our returns address.  When we accept a return request for an unsuitable item or where you've changed your mind about the item, we aim to make a refund of the purchase price within 24 hours of receipt of the return.  Please note that we don’t refund postage costs under these circumstances.
