Below are the pre-conditions for authorizing refunds on returned items:

• The buyer must notify Affordable Auctionz of the issue within 14 days of receiving the item.
  Please be aware that although some of our items are offered with free shipping, our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from the return refund.
• Refunds can take up to 5 days to process once the items are received at our facility, but we will do everything we can to process refunds as quickly as possible.

• Please return item to address shown on package.
• Return shipping is at the buyer's expense.
• The original receipt or a record of the purchase is REQUIRED on all returns.
• Return products must also be in its original condition including box, if an item has an attached tag, this must be attached in the same location upon return. If there are any signs of wear, heavy perfumes or smoke the item will be mailed back to you.
