Refund/ Exchange Policy

If you are ever unhappy with the item you have purchased then please contact us first before leaving feedback, it is our main priority to resolve any issues and ensure you have a happy shopping experience.

When returning your item please package up securely and include details of your username, and whether a replacement or refund is required.

If you are returning a faulty item please include a description of the fault

Please obtain a proof of postage from the Post office when you send it. Proof of Postage does not cost anything however without it we may not be able to process your return which may result in the item being returned to you.
