Unfortunately, the app for the Monster High Monster Maker is no longer available for download on the US app store.

The tablet apps are no longer available, but the PC software works (& you can select English as the language.)
Select ‘downloads’ at the top of the Dutch page and can select the site to download the app
(a pop-up in German tells you you’re leaving MonsterHigh.com - select the right button to ‘Continue’).
The app must be installed on a 32-bit operating system. It still runs in Windows 10 but not 64-bit.
