This is for the barn door pulley you see here.

 Photos show everything.  11.5" tall, 5.5" wide.  Neither wheel frozen.  Roll nicely.  Shows fair amount of surface rust.  Steel is solid.  Photos show the true condition.  PLEASE LOOK CLOSELY AND ASK WHATEVER QUESTIONS YOU MAY HAVE.
