Shipping:

• We ship ALL in-stock orders on the same day or the next business day after cleared payment received. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

• Domestic Orders: Items will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail or Parcel Post Transit time is approximately 2-7 business days
• International Orders: Items will be shipped via USPS First Class International Mail, Transit time is approximately 7-25 business days

Payment:

• We accept online payments through PayPal. You may pay via VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal through the safe and secure online checkout system via PayPal. If you do not complete the checkout process, our system will see the transaction as incomplete order, it will be automatically cancel 3 days after the end of the auction.)
• Your shipping address must match your credit card billing address or PayPal confirmed address. For your protection, we are unable to ship to alternate addresses. Sorry, no exceptions.

Returns:

• All returns must be pre-approved by Emailing to our RMA Department (Return Merchandise Authorization). To accomplish this, please provide the buyer’s Ebay ID, item number and a description of the issue. Not providing the detailed information requested will delay the returns process. Shipment fee is not refundable for international orders.
• Please use "Contact Seller" link in your account or "Contact Us" link on this page to send us an email.
• Once your request has been received, you will be contacted within 5 business days with an instruction for sending back the item(s). Please write the RMA number on the outside of the box.
  We will ship the replacement once we have received and processed the returned item(s). If you request for a refund, we will notify you via Email of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item(s).
• Customers are responsible for determining their products compatibility with what we have for sale. We provide a general compatibility list, but please make sure that it will actually be compatible with your product. If purchasing a case, pouch, holster, clip please be aware that if you have an extended battery that it will most likely not fit. Pictures are for a general reference only.
