Typically, exotic turning stock is not kiln dried. Unless otherwise stated, the pieces are not dried and are in various stages of air drying. Either the ends or the entire piece will be waxed to prevent any cracking or damage. Please note that green material may check or crack if left in a heated area unprotected. We will not be responsible for replacing material that has cracked due to improper storage.

**We are now offering shipping insurance on all items. We will not be responsible for any package lost or damaged in the mail if insurance is not requested.

We will be sending invoices daily as we operate during regular business hours. All items will ship approximately 3-5 days after payment is received. Please make prompt payments in order to receive your material in a timely manner.
