You must follow these instructions exactly. Failure to do so will prevent the processing of your return. **Returns that do not have a return Form, will take longer to process.

Please allow up to 5 days from the date your return is delivered to us (International up to 6 weeks) and the Final Value Fee is credited back to our account for the refund to be issued. Refunds may take up to 72 hours depending on PayPal. If you haven't received your refund after it was issued by us, please contact PayPal.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS: Contact us for a FREE Return Label! We return shipping costs only if the item was 1) Shipped Incorrectly 2) Arrived with stains or tears.
