Returns Policy

For items bought via auction:

Refunds of the cost of an item will be discretionary,

so please check sizes etc carefully.

If a refund is given for the cost of the item,

please note there will not be a refund for postage

or return postage (including insurance) these are the buyer’s responsibility.

For items that are faulty:

Full refund will be provided on return of the

item in the same condition it was posted to you.

For “Buy Now” items:

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt. 

Please contact me to let me know that you intend returning the item

for a refund of the purchase price (not postage). 

It is the buyer’s responsibility for return postage (including insurance).

 International buyers please note

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or P&P charges. 

These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these 

additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (courier) 

company or when you pick the item up.

Do not confuse them for additional P&P charges.
