contact Royal Mail about deliveries that have not arrived until ten working days have passed.
We also offer GUARANTEED NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY for an additional £6.99.
UK orders over £300 will either be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery, or DHL Courier. Both will arrive next working day.
ANY ORDERS FROM OUTSIDE THE UK MAY HAVE ADDITIONAL SHIPPING FEES APPLIED BASED ON THEIR DESTINATION.

If you wish to return an item, please return to the address below with a short cover note explaining the reason return and what you would like done, a note of ebay user name, and a copy of your receipt. This will ensure that your
return is dealt with as quickly as possible.
RETURNS OF UNWANTED ITEMS MUST BE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE ITEMS.
Items that are returned to us in perfect unopened and unused condition will receive a full refund.
Any item that has been opened or used will incur a 10% restocking/repackaging fee.
This includes sealed boxes, or sealed accessories and manual/software included in boxes.
We are unable to accept returns of consumables that have been opened, this includes batteries, memory cards, filters, paper and film.
