Description:	A 48 piece set of silver plated cutlery made by Mappin & Webb in the "Louis XVI" Pattern. Set comprises 6 of; table knives, table forks, dessert knives, dessert forks, soup spoons, dessert spoons, tea spoons. In addition there are 4 serving spoons and a carving fork and steel. Please see above for quantity available. Price is for the set.
Markings:	All fully marked for Mappin & Webb.
Size:	Standard sizes.
Condition:	Item is in excellent condition - very very lightly used, some scratches to the top of the canteen box, please see images above.

All items listed on eBay are in stock, and we strive to dispatch orders received before 1pm on the same day.

We're open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, between 10am and 3pm. Out of these hours it may take a little time to answer emails and telephone calls, but will always get back to you.

We're often asked to send glass and cutlery to friends and relatives as a replacement for small accidents... Please let us know if you would like us to send the receipt somewhere else!

UK Shipping

All our items ship from our secure warehouse in London. Sadly we are unable to accept customer collections at this point.

All items are cleaned and inspected before being dispatched; we only use the best packing materials to insure your item reaches you safely.

After the payment is made the item will be dispatched in 1 working day, and we strive to dispatch items the same day if ordered before 1pm.

Within the UK we use "Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class" service. This signed for service has a proof of delivery number that works after receipt of the parcel and is uploaded to eBay after dispatch from our offices.

The Royal Mail 1st Class service DOES NOT GUARANTEE next day delivery - please call us if you require a next day service within the UK.

Overseas Delivery

We accept orders worldwide, however you may need to contact us if you encounter problems during purchasing.

Outside the UK we use either UPS or FedEx for heavier parcels (over 2kg). For lighter parcels we use Royal Mail "International Signed For" service. All services are a signed for and trackable service, tracking numbers are uploaded onto eBay on dispatch.

Returns Policy

Returns & Exchanges Accepted

We offer a money back, less shipping, guarantee and accept returns up to 14 days after receipt.

Items returned to us have to be in the same listed condition that it was dispatched in.

For items that are purchased in error, i.e. wrong pattern or wrong size, please contact us as soon as possible so we can organise an exchange if required. We refund on receipt of the returned goods via the method paid. Please note that if payment is made via BIC or IBAN a charge will be made for refunding via this method.
